Budget hat kein Konto. Alles, was du einträgst, wird nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und nicht an uns oder Dritte übertragen.
3. Absturzberichte (Sentry)
Bei einem Absturz sendet die App einen technischen Bericht an Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA), gespeichert in der EU (Frankfurt am Main). Er enthält nur Fehlermeldung, App-Version, Gerätemodell, Systemversion, Sprache und Zeitpunkt, keine deiner Einträge und nichts, was dich identifiziert. Die IP-Adresse wird nicht gespeichert.
Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer stabilen App (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Mit Sentry besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag; für Übermittlungen in die USA gelten das EU-US Data Privacy Framework und Standardvertragsklauseln. Berichte werden nach 30 Tagen gelöscht.
4. Website und E-Mail
Die Website liegt bei Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxemburg). Beim Aufruf wird deine IP-Adresse verarbeitet, um die Seite auszuliefern. Wir speichern keine Zugriffsprotokolle und setzen keine Cookies (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
E-Mails an uns laufen über mailbox.org. Wir nutzen sie nur, um zu antworten, und löschen sie, wenn sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden.
5. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie auf Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde.

3. Crash reports (Sentry)
When the app crashes, it sends a technical report to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA), stored in the EU (Frankfurt am Main). It contains only the error, app version, device model, OS version, language and time, none of your entries and nothing that identifies you. The IP address is not stored.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement with Sentry is in place; transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Reports are deleted after 30 days.
4. Website and email
The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg). When you open it, your IP address is processed to deliver the page. We keep no access logs and set no cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Emails to us go through mailbox.org. We use them only to reply and delete them once they are no longer needed.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
